Feel The Wear 2 Privacy Policy

We are LavaRay, s. r. o., the developer of the Feel The Wear 2 app. We respect your privacy rights and recognize the importance of not collecting any personal information about you. This Privacy Policy defines how we collect and use personal and non-personal information.
TLDR; We do not collect, store, or transfer any personal information from the app. Everything is processed in-app only and the app does not have Internet permission, so it is not possible to send data out.
By installing, using, or otherwise accessing our application, you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install, use, or otherwise access our application. LavaRay, s. r. o. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. If LavaRay, s. r. o. makes material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, LavaRay, s. r. o. will notify you by means of a notice on the site. Your continued use of our application will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data
LavaRay, s. r. o. does not collect or use any personal data that may be used to identify or contact you. All data is accessed and processed in-phone only. Any data can be accessed only when you explicitly enables functionality in the app and you grant the required permissions to access the information. This data is not persisted and never transferred out of the phone and its connected watch. The app does not have Internet access permission so it is not even possible.
App’s core functionality is to use different vibrations and/or sounds for different application’s notificitions. To set these to your installed applications, the app requires a sensitive permission QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
which gives the ability to query all the installed applications in the phone and is required since Android 11. Google treats the list of installed apps as personal and sensitive information and the use of this permissions goes through review. We need this permission to show the list of applications, where you can set the custom vibrations and sounds.
Non-Personal Data
All data is processed in-app only. The app does not have Internet permission so it is not possible to send data out. In the application we store:
- per-application settings, like vibration patterns and/or sounds
- the time of the last notification for every app, so we can filter-out too frequent notifications
- list of installed applications for faster app start All the data always stays in the phone.
